1.Before submitting your abstract, you need to create a personal profile in the registration system. Please click on the button “Click Here to Create a Profile” to finish the required items and create your account.

2. Once you have created your profile, you could log in the system to submit abstract and full   

paper via your email and password.

3. When you log in, please click on the “AASVET Submission Portal”  to start your abstract submission.
